The Gilded Iguana Hotel has 12 rooms, six original units with upper level balconies, or ground floor garden porches, and six newer units with air conditioning, and a shared terrace. All are spacious, comfortably furnished, and come equipped with hot water and a small refrigerator. Coffeemakers can be provided upon request. We recommend an a/c room for anyone with a sensitivity to ambient noises, or those looking for more privacy and less interaction with the restaurant. Our non air conditioned rooms are cooled by breezes from the large screened windows and are thus able to hear restaurant noises as well as the howler monkeys and other jungle sounds.

CANCELATION & EARLY CHECK OUT POLICY
If you need to cancel your reservation after you have made a deposit, please notify us with an email to reservations@thegildediguana.com
If you decide to change your plans mid stay and check out earlier than the agreed
upon check out you will lose your deposit, but will not be charged the full stay.
If the deposit was made more than two months prior to departure
date, Paypal will keep the fee charged, and the refunded deposit will be minus the
amount charged by Paypal.
Two weeks before arrival date for reservations of one week (or
less).
Three weeks before arrival date for holiday weeks and reservations
of two weeks or longer.
Insufficient notice will result in loss of deposit.
